Zeger Van Hese
Zeger Van Hese – born and raised in Belgium, received an education in Advertising and Culture, started his carrer by working in Film Distribution business. In 1999, diverted to IT field. A year passed and he got infected by passion for software testing... for good. Over the years, he developed a devotion for exploratory testing, agile methodologies, and above all, for lifelong-learning and approaching the testing from different angles. In 2012 he acted as a chief of the EuroStar Programme Committee and also established his own company - Z-sharp - which purpose is to guide others on making efficient tests. One of the co-founders of Dutch Exploratory Workshop on Testing (DEWT), he writes about testing on his blog TestSideStory and regularly appears at conferences all over the world. Aleksander Lipski
Software testing enthusiast, for 10 years in the field. Co-founder of PTaQ - group of people passionate about testing. Lecturer at local testing meetups and conferences - Testwarez and TestingCup. For two years he has been supporting local programme committee of Agile Testing&Quality and TestingCup conferences. He values an independency in testing. As a software tester, he gained experience in various industry fields - ranging from banking, telecommunication, intelligent home control to pharmaceutical industry. These days, although acting as a coordinator of testing teams, he still gets his hands dirty by testing software.
Maciej Chmielarz
In Quality Assurance field since 2008. He sharpened his skills while working for IT companies leading on Polish and word-wide market. Vendor of unique engineering solutions. Currently works at IVONA Software, a company belonging to Amazon that provides world-class speech synthesizer. On top of that, since 2012 he has been giving classes to post-graduate students at WSB University in Gdańsk, eagerly sharing his knowledge and experience with numerous of people interested in software testing. An active member of TrójQA and Testwarez - one of the biggest Polish testing conference.
